It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year
Mr.Penguin is getting into the holiday spirit. I got the tree up and decorated this past weekend and I'm working on busting out the Christmas songs. I don't know why the man and woman are so reluctant to embrace the holiday cheer. Perhaps it's because it's not cold and snowy down here in the south. Hopefully, they will eventually come around. Mr.Penguin is ready to start the holiday baking, but, sadly, the woman is not as eager as I am.
Yesterday, I had the woman help me with a new holiday background for my blog. After a few hours and multiple failed attempts, we finally got it to work. Mr. Penguin thinks he should get the woman some blog editing classes for Christmas. But with her crazy, drug-addled brain and lack of focus I feel like it would just be a waste of my hard-earned money. I suppose I’ll have to send myself instead, then I won’t have to rely on her or the man to help me out with my blog and things would get posted a lot sooner.
On a side note, Mr.Penguin was very distressed earlier this week to hear of his special lady’s knee injury. Mr. Penguin just wants to remind everyone that he is a highly skilled care-taker and has acquired a lot of experience nursing the woman on her bad days. He could be dispatched immediately to help care for anyone who is ill and requires the talents of a practiced nurse. Of course, it would mean leaving the sickly woman to care for herself during the day, which I don’t think she would like very much. But she needs to learn to care for herself if she doesn't get well soon. So, my lady, let me know if you need my assistance, I'll catch the next plane headed north.
