Baby, It's Cold Outside
Mr. Penguin is not a fan of the unusually cold weather we have been experiencing. This morning we had a bit of freezing rain. The trees were encased in ice. Luckily, Mr. Penguin has a big, bad truck to drive around in perilous weather. He had to venture out to the post office to mail out the last of his Christmas presents. By that time the roads were just wet, there was no ice, no snow. Schools are already anticipating bad weather tomorrow and are running on a 2 hour delay. They preempted my usual morning show to have the local news report on the weather. They sure are quick to get their panties in a twist over the tiniest bit of bad weather down here.
